Order Processing
All of our products are made to order and handcrafted with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
We ship from the USA using trusted carriers.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States only, ensuring the fastest and most reliable delivery for our customers.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, production may have started. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at support@customleepdesign.com
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Holiday Season
During October through December, carrier networks experience higher-than-normal volumes. Please place your order early to ensure on-time holiday delivery.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
