What is included with standard personalization?
Standard personalization includes recipient name and company logo placement within our existing pre-designed layout at no additional cost.
What is the Personal Touch Upgrade?
The Personal Touch Upgrade allows you to go beyond our standard layout.
For a $50 design fee, you may add your own custom phrase, adjust brand colors, adjust brand fonts, and refine layout within our structured design framework.
The $50 fee is separate from the product cost.
What is included with the upgrade?
The Personal Touch Upgrade includes one custom design proof and one revision within the approved concept.
Production begins only after final approval.
What if I change direction?
If a new design direction is requested after the initial proof, a $40 redesign fee will apply.
Multiple name variations
If ordering multiple pieces using the same approved layout, the first name is included. Additional name variations are $10 per name when the overall layout remains the same.
Production & Timelines
How long does production take?
Most products are produced within 1 to 4 business days after final approval.
Production times may vary slightly depending on product type and order volume.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can orders ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes
Returns & Order Issues
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns on personalized pieces due to incorrect information submitted at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
